Dr. Hsu is an incredible physician and it has been an honor to receive care from her. Dr. Hsu works so hard to break down systemic barriers to psychiatric care. I have never had an appointment that felt rushed. I have always felt heard and valued and it is so clear Dr. Hsu deeply cares about helping her patients achieve mental wellbeing. She responds so quickly to messages despite surely being extremely busy. In a world where communicating with physicians has become largely inaccessible, she has made getting the care I need so easy. Dr. Hsu especially goes above and beyond in her advocation for patients. I had to apply for MCAT accommodations this year, a notoriously difficult process. She advocated for me throughout the entire process until I successfully received the accommodations I so needed, showing how much she cares for patients beyond what is expected of her. If you get lucky enough to work with Dr. Hsu, you can look forward to truly incredible, personable care.

Dr Hsu is very caring doctor. She respects family members and involve them in the plan of care. When my son was not doing well, she coordinated his admission and even waited for his arrival in the ER. I only wish we found her sooner! Thank you Dr Hsu and wishing you more success. You will make a big difference in the lives of people who are unfairly struggling mentally!

Thank you so much for all your help and attention to my husband and I. you were so patient with him and as the same time you understood what i'm going through, you always comforted me and you helped us in every step of his illness. after we got through with his medication coupon, I knew we couldn't afford his medication if our insurance wouldn't cover it , you made phone calls and contacted our insurance to explain his situation and the level of his illness and how important this medication is for him to be able to function his day to day life until they agreed to cover his medication. I'm so sad that you are leaving but I'm also very happy for you that you are going to help others and very soon you will be graduated and you will be able to teach others.

She inappropriately relied on disinformation for a diagnosis, evaluated my case with a 4 min zoom factime call, then reached out to a doctor who was not my doctor.
