Dr. Bolivar's bedside manner was excellent! She was apologetic for running a little late, she was very thorough in her exam, and most importantly, I was pleasantly surprised to not feel rushed during the visit. She made sure I understood the plan and asked if I had any other questions. I've worked in primary care clinics in the past, so I know how important patient flow is in a clinic setting and having to balance it all within a certain amount of time. Even if she were to run a little late again in the future, I know it's because she is provided the same level of excellent care to other patients.

Dr. Bolivar has a bubbly personality and listens which makes for a very pleasant office visit. My first visit for annual wellness exam and she went over everything thoroughly, made some great suggestions for me and took time to listen to my concerns and questions. The office staff is friendly and efficient, I had no problem scheduling an appointment. The lab tech that took my blood was efficient and quick so even that part of the visit was a as pleasant as it could be. Location in the Heights is great, parking is easy and free, much better than the Medical Center.
