Skip Dr. Connor
I was mistreated by the staff at Alexandria Emergency Department because I'm uninsured. My doctors, Erin Connor and Ouwen Yang, were dismissive about my safety concerns and blatantly lied to my face. The emergency department staff knew I was an abuse victim who did not feel safe around men.My original provider, Erin C. Connor, pushed a CT scan on me. I expressed concerns about being pregnant and affording treatment. The blood pregnancy test was negative, so I agreed to an ultrasound and CT scan. Dr. Connor said that my results were normal. But, she failed to disclose the endometrial and pelvic fluid, ovarian and renal cysts, and a liver lesion. I had to read the discharge paperwork to find this information. She diagnosed me with a virus, even though it didn't match my symptoms. Dr. Connor also mocked my request for a mental health evaluation. Her treatment made me feel depressed beyond recognition. Find a doctor who takes the hippocratic oath seriously.

Provided Exceptional Care - Treatment
In the ER, Dr. Connor conducted thorough tests (blood work, X-Rays, CTs) to fully diagnose my situation as well as provided rather intricate surgery to repair my torn ear. She did this all with precision and caring while keeping me fully informed. She gets my full endorsement.
