Horrible!!
I do not normally write reviews but this I cannot ignore. Please do not see this provider. She was extremely unknowledgeable about proper medication management. She would not listen. It was her way or the highway and she lied about the meds she was prescribing. I was lucky enough to find a new doctor who was much more knowledgeable and compassionate and I am finally healing. She knew nothing of Heather Ashton and the Ashton Manual or Maudsley Deprescribing guidelines and just wanted to keep giving patients more drugs. When I presented her with research from these guidelines she didn’t even want to hear it and ignored me. If I had stayed with her for any longer I may have suffered a severe brain injury from an over rapid taper. I am so thankful I was able to get as far away as possible. Please reconsider this doctor if you can. Keep looking until you find someone knowledgeable and caring without a God complex.

1 star is too generous for this doctor.
The worst doctor I've met so far in my life. One of those people who just likes to take control over your life to gain some satisfaction through sense of authority or power. Makes very stupid and inconsiderate statements. I regret wasting 3 days of my life talking to this person.

I have been professionally treated for mental illness for the past 25 years. I had many negative experiences. Most doctors barely noticed me, handed me my prescriptions and sent on my way. My experience working with Dr.Dainer for a year was EXTREMELY positive. During my appts she always listened empathetically. She is very straight forward and will speak openly, sometimes saying things I may not want to hear but NEED to hear and that is very important. Due to her honesty and her ability to make me feel that my concerns were heard and my questions were answered, I made a substantial amount of progress while under her care. She was always available between appts if I needed something. She went above and beyond what is expected from a psychiatrist and I would highly recommend her to anyone in who is serious about wanting to get better.
