Highly professional and caring doctor
Dr. Martin is very knowledgeable and professional and provided immediate relief I was having on the soles of my feet. I do not live in Arizona but do stay here during the early months of the year. I will definitely return to see her and highly recommend her to anyone who is having foot issues.

Bizarre behavior
I have been seeing Dr. Martin for years. I have always liked her and never questioned her medical care. However, the office dynamic and her behavior are way out of bounds. First off, all their clocks are set about 8 minutes ahead. The staff has called me 15 minutes in advance, asking where I am even though I'm not even late for my appt. This has been discussed. The staff blames Dr. Martin and Dr. Martin blames her staff for this behavior. Things went off the rails today when I was denied my appt for being 5 minutes late. This was after I paid them my $40 copay and sat in the waiting room for 10 minutes. The office mgr told me because I was 5 minutes late, and because Dr. Martin needs to pick up her kids, she refused to see me. But, she was planning to see her next appt after mine. The staff had no intention of refundng my copay. I had to request it. The office mgr said the entire staff was in trouble because of what happened. This is not professional or normal. I won't be returning.

Very disappointed in her office staff. I left a valuable cape in her waiting room at 4pm on a Tuesday. I wrote her a letter saying how upset I was that it disappeared . She never wrote me back or called. Her office manager was very insulting to me. I had to go to the neighboring business to get pictures of me walking in with the shawl and still no call from her. Very disappointed in her and office staff.

I have had a very good experience at Talus InMotion Foot & Ankle. Early stages of diabetic neuropathy. Dr Erin Martin is very personable. The office is a little tricky to find but it is very comfortable. The staff is warm and welcoming and always call me by name. During my most recent visit, Dr Martin listened to my concerns. I appreciate that she listened and made suggestions. During my visit, she clipped my toenails and also massaged in some lotion. Very happy with this office and physician.
