She does not understand her patients concerns . She over reacts to minor problems like taking out stitches . Over reacts and falsely diagnosed pulmonary hypertension , my cardiologist was not happy with the diagnosis. Needs retraining

Cannot possibly recommend her.
She's the worst doctor I've ever experienced in my 76 years. She literally 'flipped out' at me during Covid when I wasn't wearing a mask in the waiting room for her. I've never had such an awful experience with another doctor. She wasn't the least bit interested in any of my health concerns. I was relieved when I learned she was no longer with the Hoag Medical group.

Wait time is horrible!
Average wait time is at least 40 mins each visit Including check in time I have to wait hour at least before the Dr sees me. Horrible!

She is totally out of touch. Has zero people skills. I couldn't be more disappointed with her as my Primary Care Physician for over 8 years. I'm totally done with her.

She is not proactive with care at all. She ignored a condition for 2 months before ordering an MRI and Physical Therapy ( at our insistence) which led to a cascade of issues for my father ending him up in the urgent care. Very poor care.

Great Doctor. Listens to concerns, gives options. On time for appointments. Since day one I knew she would be my partner in my health care. She is so willing to listen, and discuss all my concerns. Could not be happier with Dr. O’Hara, highly recommend her.

Always books an appointment for you to come back. I experienced trial and error with her when i needed help with my digestive issues. Never offered to refer me out. I can't keep coming back when what you recommend isn't fixing the actual problem!

One of the best Dr’s I’ve had, she is always on time. She even helped with a quick thinking reply with my airline, I was traveling with my service dog, she helped write a letter & fax it quickly, I was able to catch my flight to go home. Honestly, I wish I didn’t have to share her with other patients??

Dr O'Hara has very poor bedside manners. I've had multiple appointments with her and it's the same each time. She comes in to the consultation room carrying her laptop. She hardly looks at you because she's busy typing away. When you tell her your concerns, she is easy to dismiss them. I had to insist on blood tests because she was asking me to "wait it out" instead of trying to find out what was going on. Not a good feeling after leaving her office!

Dr o'hara saw my daughter on follow up from icu admit. Never asked what other physician said nor did she have the confidence or knowledge to send her to any other specialist, when asked for pain mgmt Advil and Tylenol together. Then asked if Aleve or naproxen helped, both the same,But thanks, she continues to suffer and moved on. Maybe good in 10 years but I'm not going down the green path. Probably best with immunization and common cold. Not the 1st time experience like this with her.
