Rare Prolapse- 22 yrs. old
I visited Dr. Syers 06/21/2022 at her new location, Omnia Women's Health Center. I presented medical records from my physical therapist showing muscle weakness, & any other medical records on paper I could find. I've been suffering since 2019, going from doctor to doctor, specialist to specialist, & I can confidently say that I trust Dr. Syers and her team. She took the time she needed to look over my records before starting my evaluation. She then asked me to tell her my story since it seemed to her that I have been on quite a journey, which I definitely have been & was happy to have a professional truly listen to me & ask good/ relevant questions. She was very knowledgeable and considerate. I FINALLY got the answer I knew to be true, moderate prolapse. THANK YOU for validating my conditions. Omnia just opened up three months ago! I am very hard to please, considering all that I have gone through with the medical system, I am forever grateful for Dr. Syers! DO doctors are the best!!

I think Dr. Syers is an excellent, competent, courteous physician. She took time with me and explained the results of my tests thoroughly. She offered me several options to choose from. She was friendly and empathetic. I have been a RN for over 30 years. I know a good, caring, competent doc when I meet one. She did my procedure at the hospital. She remained competent and professional. I was still under anesthesia, so she explained outcome of surgery to my husband. As a R.N., I don’t rate many docs a 10+, but she definitely gets that rating as far as I am concerned! I would not listen to the negative reports about her. I know as health care professionals, sometimes we are pushed for time and might come across as rude or abrupt, when we really have 100 things we know we need to attend to NOW! She is highly recommended by me!

I had my IUD removed by Dr. Syers. I brought her attention to an issue I was having on my vulva, and her suggestion was to wax my pubic region, which had literally nothing at all to do with the problem. It turned out to be a Bartholin's cyst, and she didn't give me that information. I would hope that she knows what one is, but who knows. This doctor's office is awful, I am pregnant and switching doctors.

I was very happy with the attention Dr Syers gave me. She listened to my questions and answered them to my understanding. She gave me as much attention as I needed without rushing me. I did have to wait because she was seeing a hospital patient before my appointment.

absolute worse customer service in my life!!! She was not compassionate at all and made me feel like my symptoms were in my head. She wrongly diagnosed me and a year later I am being told that my Fallopian tube and ovary have to be removed. I’m heartbroken that because this Incompetent woman wasn’t taking me serious I am now dealing with a worse scenario then when I came to her a year ago. Not to mention my scans and blood work were abnormal and she did NOTHING about it.

Dr. Syers was very informative and patient with my long list of questions (I presented them with my new patient paperwork-upon which, the office staff adjusted my appointment accordingly). She spent a good amount of time explaining my options, and didn't seem rushed to finish the conversation. I felt respected and taken seriously, which hasn't always been the case with my medical history.

I can honestly say I have NEVER met a doctor so rude in my life. My sister was in labor for over 40 hours, so by the time it came time for her to push it was an exciting time. Dr. Syers walks in, is coughing everywhere, doesn’t introduce herself, nothing. Doesn’t say a word to any of us. Didn’t say a word to my sister between contractions, didn’t give her direction, nothing. She crossed her arms and looked at the wall in between contractions. I wish I had more room to write, there’s more. BAD.

Dr. Syers is an amazing ob. I trust her with my life and my newborn daughters life. She took great care of me during my pregnancy and showed that she really cared about me and my health. I could ask her anything comfortably without feeling judgement ?from her. Once it was time for my scheduled c section she was very informative, relaxed and organized. Afterwards, she came to my room and checked on me and my baby girl. She gave me all the information I needed. Thank you Dr. Syers!!!
