Dr. Erinn Stauter speciality is in addictions. I am sure she is great at what she does in that field, but I have been suffering from complex PTSD all my life and she was treating me as an addict not treating for the constant state of fear in which I live. Her medications were not helping me, and she just wanted me off the medication that would. When I was in crisis, she wouldn't see me earlier and the medication she was "tapered" down from she accelerated to less than one month. This was a psych med I had been taking for 20 years. The direction her treatment taking me was leaving me wondering not if I would end up committing suicide, but WHEN I would feel I was out of options. I wouldn't recommend her for anyone needing real psychiatric care.
