Best nurse at office!
The phlebotomist Felina is absolutely amazing. She’s is incredibly patient with people. My vein was found quickly and with no pain. She’s incredibly smart beyond her years. She’s a blessing to this office. Dr. Visconti did a great job hiring her.

Best doctor ever
Dr. Visconti is the most humble, sincere, brilliant, caring, and thoughtful professional I have ever met. To add to that, Dr Visconti saved my life. I went to several different endocrinologists in Staten Island and Manhattan who didn't take my symptoms of losing hair, extreme lethargy, and gaining weight for no reason seriously. I told Dr. Visconti (who is my Lyme's disease doctor) my symptoms and Instead of blowing me off and blaming it on the lymes like the other doctors did, he had me go for tests on my thyroid. Turns out I had cancer. Dr. Visconti is a highly respected world renowned pediatrician an infectious disease specialist. Endocrinology isn't even his field, but he listened and took my complaints seriously!! In any event, he's my hero and I am grateful everyday to have found him.

This is one of the most informed physicians not nationally but internationally recognized for over 50 years . His visits and follow ups encourage me to fight through the illness and see light on the other side. As far as the office it sustained the loss from the office manager of 35 years. Regrouping and finding a leading force like Rose Marie is not accomplished overnight when the bar was so high. Have patience, I do and it's so worth the care you will receive. I travel very far regularly for the quality of life this Dr. provides me.

Dr. Visconti is a wonderful man who, to me, is brilliant. After many months of suffering and going to various doctors, hospitals, urgent care centers, testing, et cetera, and not coming up with why I was feeling so I’ll, it took Dr. V one visit to test me and I FINALLY learned what I had and am receiving treatment. This man truly saved my life. He is a true gentleman, is very thorough, has a great reputation, and I couldn’t be in better hands. I thank God for him. Dr. V is the one that nails it when other doctors can’t find what’s wrong.

Dr. Visconti is such a nice doctor and knowledgeable when you can actually speak to him. His staff is incompetent and no one knows what they are doing. Between losing paperwork and bloodwork it’s been an exhausting experience no one should have to go through. I’ve never seen a doctor where I’ve had to manage , point out obvious issues and stay on top of every little thing. The office is not computerized and they literally just leave post it’s and paperwork lying around. I had a kid draw my blood that could barely do it and he ended up confusing my label too. No one knows what’s going on in that office ever and it’s a shame. Extremely extremely frustrating.

I cannot praise Dr. Visconti & his staff enough. He treats my husband & I for Tick Bourne diseases. He saved my life. While under his care for various tick diseases,I found a dog tick in my hair. I bagged it & brought it to him.As a precaution I was put on antibiotics. After on the medicine for a few days I developed a rash.I went back to Dr. Visconti & he sent me directly to the hospital.I had Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever. I was put on IV medicine. I would be dead if not for him.His staff are great

I completely disagree with the person who says he takes old patients before new. I took my daughter to the Dr. because she was diagnosed w/Lyme Disease. He saw her right away, did all appropriate blood work, actually found out she may have Lupus as well. I am now under his care as I have a history w/many of these symptoms myself. He saw me during her appt. He's a very, very smart man. I highly recommend him as he came highly recommended from friends in the medical field. Office staff? Incredible

I believe he is a good doctor, but I feel I'm at a dealer's office ...you could be there with an appointment and he picks his old patient before you...there is no respect to his new clients or to people who does know. I hope he change the old family culture and respect people.
