Dr Ernesto Gonzales is a one star doctor only because I couldn't give him zero stars. He didn't listen and jump straight to have a Covid test. I have been suffering with bronchitis caused by Cider Fever for about a week now. No anti-biotics or any thing. I told him I had a history of Cider Fever and bronchitis brought on by it. No it must be Covid. Even thought I have have 3 shots and not been around anybody that was sick. BTW this was done by telemedicine so not real exam. If you aren't going to do a real exam you need to listen which Dr Ernesto Gonzales can't or won't do.

A couple of years ago I went to see this dr for knee pain. He walked into the room and sat down and started accusing me of drug seeking. I couldn't believe it! He never even examined me or looked at my knee. It was pretty swollen. Just kept lecturing me. I asked can I at least have some kind of topical pain cream, he prescribed that. Later I went to an Orthopedist and was diagnosed with a baker's cyst. What a horrible dr accusing me of drug seeking. I still suffer with pain off and on , now I see a pain management dr. Avoid if you have pain issues.
