Amazing, caring, patient, kind
I am so impressed with Dr. Lugo. He was thorough and took his time with us. He didn’t make us feel rushed. He answered all questions and went the extra mile texting a cardiologist to get my husband in for further testing. His bedside manner was remarkable. He made sure to ask me, his wife, if he had answered all my questions as well as my husband’s. Everything about our visit to Hospitality was fantastic.

I was very impressed that the wait to be seen was 0 minutes. I was taken to the back to get an MRI immediately. And afterward, sent to a room to put in an IV and take my vitals. The results of the MRI came back favorably and was explained, in detail, what the MRI showed. The nurses and technicians were very friendly and seemed genuinely concerned for me. Thank goodness everything turned out fine. But, I was very thankful for being so informed and helped so quickly.

Dr. Lugo and all of the nurses and staff were wonderful!! I had had radiation therapy on my feet for Ledderhose disease before we left for Texas. I could barely walk on my feet due to burns and blisters so a friend recommended Hospitality ER. Everybody was beyond exceptional!!! I received wonderful treatment and my feet already feel better. Thank you Dr. Lugo and all of the staff! Y’all are the best!

How can I even begin to thank the angels at Hospitality Health ER? My husband and I were looking forward to a long, quiet weekend at a rental house when we arrived on a Thursday night when the nightmare began. By Friday afternoon, my husband was pale and disoriented and I rushed him to a nearby urgent care, who recommended he immediately be taken to this ER. Thank goodness for their recommendation. Everyone on the staff took such good care of me and my husband, getting him rehydrated and helping calm me through my hysterics. Every single nurse, doctor, receptionist, and billing staff person was incredibly sweet, considerate, and patient - I've never had such a positive experience at a medical facility. We had to stay overnight the next night since he didn't improve, and Dr. Lugo stayed well past his shift and even kept in communication with me after to ensure my husband got the care he needed. I cannot thank him enough for his patience and being a bright light in a very dark weekend

I went to the ER with a head injury after a fall and a difficult laceration in the middle of my forehead. He was very kind and knowledgeable and really kept me at ease. I have been an RN for 30yrs and I would not hesitate to have him treat me again.
