Dr. Errold Reid Jr, MD

Dr. Reid is an amazing doctor! The nicest, most compassionate and friendly medical professional with a talent for superior diagnosis. He is very responsive, tries to find the best care for each patient individually, and he is quick to call back to answer any questions. I highly recommend using Dr. Reid!

Dr. Reid is patient, thorough and compassionate. When I explained my symptoms, he carefully went through the chronology of how those symptoms developed, medications I had tried. The entire Rockland Pulmonary practice was professional from the office administrators to the pulmonary technician who administered my breathing test. I would recommend the entire practice and certainly Dr. Reid for respiratory problems.

I really cannot talk Dr. Reid up enough. He is honestly one of the few doctors (pulmonologist specifically) that has ever really listened and attended to what I was saying, not just medically but also about the emotions surrounding my condition. He always makes me feel heard, listened to, respected, and honestly that's 9/10ths of the way to being a great doctor in my book. When I first saw him and got a pulmonology test done, he went through the entire output of the test, explaining what each test was testing and what my results mean. It showed a great respect for my autonomy as a patient. He is also responsive to issues, comes up with a gradient of solutions from non-invasive and easy to what we may have to try if that doesn't work, and asks for your input. I just cannot praise him enough. More doctors should be like him.
