Excellent Care

Dr. Elleby is a excellent doctor she has been our family doctor for 4 years. She is very knowledgeable and kind-hearted.

I work in healthcare. My husband called the office today to make an appointment due to being dizzy and having skin issues that are concerning for skin cancer. They were not able to get him in to see her for 3 months. 3 months for a sick visit as an established patient. I called back and was able to get an appointment for him 3 weeks out. Only after complaining this could be a serious health issue. I called our old dr that is farther away and was able to get him in within a few days as a new patient due to his complaints. My last appointment with her the medical assistant was pretty rude. The dr is rushed and doesn’t seem as happy as she was when we started to see her. I wouldn’t recommend this office. We are switching back and driving additional time. Our last Dr office staff is fantastic along with the Dr. I shouldn’t have stayed with our last office

Staff is friendly. Easy to talk to.I would recommend my friends and family to her if I knew if was accepting new patients.

I have no complaints. Dr Elleby is nice and listens to your concerns. She has help me with my issues that I have complained to VA for years. I feel a lot better since I have been under her care.

Dr. Elleby is my PCP. She is very attentive, knowledgeable and thorough. She's answered every question I've had and doesn't allow the patient to self-diagnose. She's very busy; however, I've never waited very long to be seen. If there are no appointments available to see her, she refers you to the same-day clinic to be seen. The staff, especially Keisha, are very knowledgeable and friendly. I love it there.

Dr Elleby is my primary doctor. She is kind, thorough and knowledgeable. I sense that she is truly passionate about people and will go the extra mile to help. She has a calming bedside manner.

She is very attentive to my concerns and has excellent bedside manner. The office staff is friendly and efficient with referrals and other office needs.

I was looking for a new pcp in the area. They are difficult to find and reviews help. Even a friend didn't recommend her dr thru word of mouth. I tried Dr. Elleby and had a professional office visit. Her bedside manner was excellent. Listening & skill are criterias for me when selecting a physician. She was very thorough with me as a transfer patient and explained everything I needed for a Well Woman visit. I have been very satisfied under her care.

First off making an appointment with Dr. Elleby is impossible. You have to call be put on hold for 15 minutes just be told that someone will call you back shortly and then not hear back for one or two days!! By the time they get back with you, you could have went to urgent care. She also doesn't listen. I asked to be refereed to a headache specialist due to getting daily migraines and she told me it wasn't necessary. I then insisted as was told she put a referral in but never she never did.

I was recommended to come in and see Dr. Elleby worst mistake ever. The first visit went well. Made a second appointment was three minutes late which was a sick visit was having difficulty breathing was informed by sectary since I was late she couldn't see me. Informed sectary that I was having trouble breathing sectary inform Dr. Elleby and I was informed I need to call 911 that she was on the phone worst Dr ever not fit for a dog my opinion. Drove to urgent care had asthma attack could of die

. I haven’t had any truly poor health problems but as far as her bedside manner.... so so helpful. She’s very very kind.

I thought this woman was friendly, seem to take an interest in the patient. My last visit she seemed to not be to concern with the reason I went to see her. Saw my GYN a couple of weeks after the visit, she asked me some questions and done some lab work. Now I have to see a specialist because of her lack of skills and concerns. She is just like the other female doctor that is not around in this area because her practice and skills.

I would never recommend Dr. Ellerby to any patient. I was spoken to very rudely by her assistant when I asked her to contact my pharmacy because they were having trouble contacting them for my refills. Not only was everyone in the office apologetic besides her and the rude employee, but she thought she was going to tell me how to talk to a rude staff member without her having been there to witness it. I proceeded to walk out at that time. I will not continue our Dr. patient relationship.
