Terrible experience

Terrible Dr.
I was in the office to see Dr. Baryun own for initial consult for slow heart rates. He did not spend any time with me at all. The nurse practitioner was in the room and got all the history but he just came for a minute and walked away. I did not feel comfortable after the interview to do any procedures including a pacemaker. I found out that he was not even board-certified. I would never go back to him again or send my family members to him.

This Dr is so bogged down he cannot effectively concentrate. After having 3 appts and a weekend stay in hospital I’ve decided to go back to former Dr and travel 4 hours. Thanks Dr Baryum for making a wise decision for me!!

Dr. Baryun has performed 3 Ablations on me. He took over my care after another doctor had given up on treating my atrial fibrillation and wanted to implant a pacemaker. The other doctor had performed 2 ablations. I would recommend Dr. Baryun very highly, he even gave me his personal cellphone number to call when I was having serious issues with my atrial fibrillation. Excellent doctor in my opinion, very good plus he is very caring and compassionate. His staff is great also.

Dr. Baryun removed a defibrillator in October of 2016 for me after difficulties from another dr & I use the term dr lightly in this situation. I spoke more & felt more at ease before Dr. Baryun removing it than the process of having it put in & the visits before & after from the other person. Dr. Baryun’s assistant Tina & Kevin have been wonderful as well to me. Switching to Dr. Baryun was the best decision I made because he is caring & talks to his patients as well as listens to them.
