The doctor was very kind, did a great job explaining everything and answering my questions. Wish everyone had his bedside manner - calm & gentle demeanor. Did not talk down to me at all. Nice sense of humor, too, which I really appreciate!

Dr Cheng-Ching is very knowledgeable and knows how to explain your problem in a manner you understand without making you feel like an idiot. He responds to every question. I left his office feeling he was on top of my problem and would do what he can to keep me going.

Dr. C-C answered all my questions in terms I could easily understand. I love this doctor! (Not in a romantic way!) but I wish other providers would treat patients with the courtesy and respect he gives me. The office staff are always pleasant, I was seen on time, and the nurse who checked me in was also friendly and put me at ease. I give the entire visit ten stars!

Dr Cheng-Ching, after our virtual visit, called me back to change my follow up to an earlier date because he noticed I have a family history. He caught that and took care of that RIGHT AWAY. I put sometimes on being able to get an appointment in a timely manner because that is my only complaint. I was in the hospital for a first seizure and was told to follow up as soon as possible with neuro. Waiting has been frustrating as this is all new and quite confusing. Must say Dr Cheng was well with the wait. Due to the upcoming inclimate weather we were expecting on the date of my appointment the office called me and scheduled a video conference rather than cancel. I was skeptical at best but I must say It went very well, Dr Cheng spent a great deal of time explaining and answering my questions. So bottom line thanks to all responsible for getting me in and again thanks to Dr Cheng.

I had quite a few questions about the status of the blockage in my brain. Dr. Cheng showed me the MRI scans and explained exactly what was wrong. I had similar symptoms as I did with the initial TIAs that I experienced four years ago and was in the ER at MVHN three days prior to my appointment. He ordered blood tests to determine if my medication was working as it should, and ordered a follow-up MRI for the following week. When those test results are complete, I will call to see if there will be any changes in the current treatment plan. I have confidence in Dr. Cheng and his decisions on treating the issues I have. Thanks for asking!
