I have come to value and appreciate Dr. Mota tremendously. And that says alot because I hate doctors. I am 61 years old and can only count maybe 3 doctors I like and she is one of them. She takes her time to talk to you. She will tell you when you are not right and yeah we can all have things we thought were right but she knows her stuff. She is moving now to another town. I am sad!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Mota for about 4 yrs now, and she has always been very attentive and compassionate. She’s very detailed oriented and likes to cover everything dealing with any health issues I may have.

Very rude and condescending. She refuses to listen and lacks any human quality. I have been with FHC for over 15 years. Their service is terrible and she is a huge part of the problem. I will not be back.

I am new to Elgin. I was looking for a primary care doctor to take over my medicines and care locally since I am self pay. Do not use this physician. No care or understanding. Will request labs and have a nurse that cant answer any of your questions call you with results and then not fill your meds. She is to busy to rtn a call without another appt. I am very disappointed in her care. Primary care is not at all what I call this MD by any means of the word. Good luck self pay patients.
