Dr. Ester Kwok, MD

Best primary care doctor I’ve had. She is very detailed oriented and checks up on any issues.

The wait times were ridiculous as I had to wait 3 hours just to be seen. She began the appointment by stating that she had received bad reviews for being extremely late and thus was now rushing through every patient appointment. I felt that I had no time to ask clarifying questions about my conditions, but instead, she prescribed medications that I had no clue about without helping me understand the process. She seemed stressed and constantly forgot that she had performed certain parts of my physical, with me reminding her that she had already examined a specific part of the body. Overall, highly not recommended, do not book an appointment.

Dr. Kwok was consistently late, rude and judgemental. She failed to assess anything outside of labwork.

It is such a blessing to choose Dr. Kwok as a doctor. I am so lucky to be her patient. She took care of me better than I took care of myself. She patiently listened to what I said and provided me with the right treatments. Her knowledge is exceptional! I have encountered some issues in the past when I visited other providers and they did not give me the time of day or patience. I felt no connection with these other doctors like I have with Dr. Kwok.

Rare to find such a terrific doctor! Compassionate, kind, knowledgeable, conscientious, thorough, competent. She’s a great listener and patiently explains all the questions that I have about my test results or health concerns. Her referrals to specialists are excellent too. The office staff is kind and efficient. Knowing Dr. Kwok will help support any health issues that may arise has totally given me confidence in any uncertainty related to my health (i.e., the pandemic). I highly recommend her!

Dr Kwok is the best doctor, she really care about her patients.

This doctor is overrated and quite mean. She does not listen to patients instead shows her intelligence instead of listening. She had me see a sleep specialist and to go through intensive testing then to request nasal surgery. This was clearly not the solution as I had nose blockage problem for years instead she was rude about it and rushed to surgery. Highly not recommended, overrated MD and not nice person.
