First Appointment
I went to see Dr. Cheng after my doctor retired for some ENT issues. She walked in and before discussing with me immediately dismissed my concerns based on the nurses notes. I tried to explain and she was not open to listening. Her bedside manner is not great, seems like an extremely socially awkward person. Overall, a waste of time and I won’t be returning.

Even though I was fearful of the results, after a while, I felt very comfortable with Dr. Cheng. She was very considerate of my opinions, and she waited patiently while I asked questions and stated my concerns.

This was my first appointment with Dr.Cheng. She was with me for under 10 minutes. Her professionalism was very middle of the road. She listened to my concerns, but we did not establish any new patient relationship as such.
