Dr. Esther Fermin, MD

Unbelievable staff, with such great passion for what they do! When you meet Dr. Esther Fermin it all makes sense as to why this place feels right. Dr. Fermin has this warm inviting energy that leaks off to her staff. They all care for her tremendously and it’s noticeable with every effort they share as a team. What a sense of urgency! So polite from the first phone call to making an appointment then actually meeting everyone. Moment you step in the door it’s a wonderful feeling. I believe in prayer and I believe Dr. Esther Fermin is a passionate caring blessing to all those she and her staff care for. There’s no doubt in my mind or heart that I am truly blessed to have her as my Doctor. There are not enough stars to rate this staff. Thank you all so much, Frances McKenzie

The experience with Dr. Fermin was ok, the huge problem with this doctors office is the unorganized way they run things. The front desk is a nightmare with no calls back or follow ups. Everything has a paper trail no digital nothing, need a prescription you have to take the physical paper same with appointments they are all took down on notepads with literally paper everywhere in that office. With one word to describe is UNORGANIZED.

In my experience I appreciated her suggesting Green Valley HomeHealth Services Inc. as this company really exceeded my expectations. They truly provide the best quality of care! She is HORRIBLE physician. She doesnt care about her elderly pts & whn you see her for appt its like she cant be bothered & your taking up her time. She doesnt listen to pt or the family & doesnt exhaust everything by doing all tests needed to rule out problem. If your elderly all she wants to do is rt you off to a nursing home & you will never here frm her again. Wdnt recommend her to anyone under any circumstance Please see diff dr & dont waste your time with her. HORRIBLE!!!

My experience with Dr. Fermin was absolutely HORRIBLE! I waited over 2 hours to be seen today and when I was finally seen by her, she was rushing me along to get on to the next patient. She is always rude to her staff. At every visit, there's a new receptionist working because the last quit. The way her office is ran is extremely unorganized! My advise, go somewhere else!
