Medical treatments can be stressful, but Dr. Bortniker explained things thoroughly and immediately put me at ease. I recommend!

Dr. Bortniker was very thorough and took the time to explain my diagnosis, discuss all available treatment options, explain the recommended medications, possible side effects and answer all of my questions. He didnt rush our visit or talk over my head. He has a great personality and I enjoyed talking with him.

It was short and sweet unfortunately. It was the third time I had tried to reach out to the gastrology department and both times before were unsuccessful because of the company's video broker or whatever system they use both times were negligent in reaching out to me before our meeting. So I had to reschedule twice and it took so long since I was first given the order to see a doctor. After that I can only say that my meeting was very short because we were short on time for a first meeting but the doctor was willing to listen and engaging. There was no problems there. But I will definitely need to speak with him again and elaborate on some of the symptoms I have.
