My god daughter saw Dr. Charlebois multiple times for legitimate health concerns. She has multiple health conditions and he told her she needs to see a psychiatrist instead of properly taking care of her symptoms and helping her. He has terrible bed side manners and clearly does not take the care of his patience seriously.

Note of Appreciation
I can honestly say Dr Charlebois is one of the most professional and caring health providers, I have ever met. During a recent visit to the Northern Arizona Healthcare emergency room in Sedona, I was fortunate to be seen by Dr 'Rich'. He and his Team (Alyssa, Gilbert, Megan, Anna and Nina) made a very stressful event, much less so. Dr Charlebois explained all test results to my understanding and even provided the courtesy of talking on the phone with my Nurse Practitioner daughter-in-law. Dr 'Rich', nurses and technicians are a 'Class Act' and I can not give a higher recommendation and appreciation for these care givers and hospital! Thank you, All!

E.R. visit at thayer. I'm sad to say this person has no place practicing medical needs. He said I'm retaining carbon monoxide but my carbon dioxide level is down. Indicating a false high oximeter reading ... Sent me home " stay on your home oxygen, it rids the carbon monoxide!!!! I'm very congested, headache, weak and have no idea how much supplemental 02 is now needed! With a COPD patient this is horrible! Discharge summary not complete, terrible experience and I pray I'm alive until Monday!
