The appointment wasn't rushed. He listened to my concerns and those of my daughter. He thoroughly explained my condition and put me at ease. He told me that he had many years of experience and suggested the best procedure for my age. He was caring and exemplified that he was skilled and confident in his medical preparedness to perform this procedure. His staff was friendly and courteous,.
