No follow-up
I scheduled a second opinion appointment with this provider and Cincinnati Childrens. Unfortunately it has been and continues to be a horrible experience. They do not follow up with the test results. The staff gave the option of starting medication for a 5 year old without explaining why. That's a nice red flag!! They will not answer any direct question on MyChart. Its like they don't want to have it in writing. The doctor doesn't call with the results or interprets the results, until asked, weeks later. And prefers a virtual appointment to explain test results, rather than calling or putting it in writing. I would recommend anyone to go to a different facility for any urology appointments. It's been awful to drive two hours to pee in a cup only to not hear the results for 6 plus weeks. But they sure do call daily for your money!

Our son needed emergency surgery and we were fortunate that Dr. Minevich did the procedure. He was professional and did a wonderful job keeping us informed. He told us what we needed to know and spent time answering all our questions.
