My mom went in for an ERCP back in August. He ended up perforating her common bile duct, and her bile duct ended up rupturing! She went septic and died less than 2 days later! He was very arrogant during these days and after her passing saying the “no surgical hole was made.” The autopsy report states otherwise. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Worst Doctor Ever - Do not waste your time.
Dr Z was so rude.. kept interrupting me while I was trying to describe my symptoms. He downplayed the issues and pain I was having and cant help but think it was because I was a female. Zero compassion or sympathy, HUGE waste of time.

Zero empathy and bedside manner
I saw Dr Z about a month ago, I was referred by another provider. Dr Z did not listen to my concerns and talked over me at our first appointment. He completely disregarded my concerns and downplayed my pain. I was referred to another doctor who actually listens. Seeing this provider was a waste of time.

I went in for a 10-year return colonoscopy. The team at St. Joe's Imagining Center was top-notch. Nice, caring, and efficient. I met Dr. Zolotarevsky briefly when I was being sedated for the procedure and shook his hand, then talked with him after. He was to the point and direct without being brusque or cold. I am fine! He gave me a printout of my results. I have a tortuous colon but he got through it, no problem. I'd recommend him to anyone in a flash.

Very arrogant, unsympathetic, uncaring doctor. I will never go back and would not recommend him for anyone. If he was this rude and unhelpful to me, I know it's happening to others as well. It's a shame this man has chosen a helping profession.

Horrible Doctor! Do not go see Dr. Zolotarevsky! Came in the room saying "so what wrong?" No hi how are you. No I'm sorry you've been dealing with this. On top of that he wouldn't listen to what I was saying. He just kept blaming my weight. His only solution was to "lose some weight and get back" with him. He didn't care that I was in a lot of pain. If he would've taken more than 5 min and looked past my weight he would have seen what my second opinion saw..... A disfunctional gallbladder.
