Bad attitude, rude, no bedside manner
I moved to Mo from Ohio in February and after waiting MONTHS for a appt I was referred for an epidural dt acute back pain rt L5-S1 compression ( post sx a yr ago of L4-5 laminectomy and discectomy) requiring epidural injections for pain relief and to walk basically. My one and only appt she came in with an attitude, told me my back looked great and I didn’t need surgery. I wasn’t there for surgery just epidural. She had never seen, treated or even looked at me or my medical records. This woman basically called me a LIAR saying “ I’m not saying you’re lying..” Disability says different. She was rude, disrespectful, and nasty. Her nurse actually said “ sometimes she runs people the wrong way.” I chose to say a lot more. Let’s just say after letting her do my epidural I am in more and more intense pain than before the procedure. I would not let this woman touch me ever or again. Just a nasty individual period

What An Exceptional Doctor
I have seen Dr. Hanley for over a year for chronic pain intervention related to cervical and lumbar fusions. She has listened to me intently regarding my physical and nerve pain, and provided exceptional guidance. With her help, I have significantly improved my range of motion and am able to do many more activities than prior to our appointments. She has taught me things to do in my daily life...that makes a huge difference in managing my pain. She is gentle during procedures and keeps you informed each step. I am most thankful for her knowledge, skills, and dedicated care. She and her team are the best.
