I tend not to put too much stock in online reviews, but wanted to add my two-cents about Dr Lee's 'bedside manner'. From our very first visit Dr Lee repeatedly interrupted me and seemed largely disinterested in what I was trying to tell her. This continued to be true over the following months. In-person visits really didn't add anything (no part of any exam required I take the day off to come in) and though they started pretty promptly I realized that was because she rushes through them. Overall she did not explain things well, and sometimes said things that I did not think were accurate but she did not elaborate on (like setting an expectation that RA was not something I would be dealing with long-term). She got me on a medication that works, but I ultimately transferred care to a different provider in the hopes of finding someone who can explain what is going on with me (or at least put up the appearance of being interested in finding out)

Outstanding Appointment
Dr Lee was very professional with a really nice bedside manner. We never waited for our appointment. We we checked in in record time. Sat in reception area less than 1 minute before we were taken back. Dr. Lee was incredible punctual, coming in at exactly the time of the appointment. She gave us all the time we wanted to discuss the condition we came in for. Her assessment was right on spot. She explained the procedure for drawing blood, then x-ray, then MRI (indicating how our insurance wanted to have it handled) and it was perfect advise. I would highly recommend Dr. Lee and her practice on 38th Street.

Will not be returning. Sour and dismissive bedside manner. Very brief and unhelpful appointment. She did not even try to explain anything when questioned about my condition and she was obviously not in the mood to listen to what I had to say. I do not recommend Dr. Lee.

She was short and rushed. She did not appear empathetic. She almost immediately told me she was not prescribing me meds for my condition although I did not request support for pain management.
