Dr. Chan always spends time listening to concerns and asks questions. Works with me as a patient for best care practices. Very knowledgeable on medical and social issues impacting care and a great resource for additional information and providing patient ability to educate oneself and take control of their care outside the clinic. She always spends quality and adequate time with patient.

Very thorough. Great follow up through MyChart messaging! One recommended follow up exam requires a visit to specialist first which I believe to be a waste of their time, get the study then decide if I need to see the specialist.

Dr. Chan is excellent. She Is extremely knowledgeable and she listens and responds to any questions I have. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a primary care physician. I have seen many doctors In my 77 years, and she Is the best.
