Dr. Hayes was very well informed regarding hip injuries. He was very very helpful about exercises that could be done to help. I was impressed by his knowledge and ability to get information across to me so I could understand what to do. A very productive appointment.

Extremely Helpful
Dr. Hayes takes the extra time to listen and provide thoughtful and insightful responses. My visit with him helped shed light on an issue I have been dealing with for years. He was the first doctor I have visited that was able to validate my experience, acknowledge the condition and devise a proactive plan to heal and improve.

Hayes did not respond for five days to my request for an earlier follow-up (which in itself was delayed for a week because of a holiday) due to a substantial increase in pain. Even then, he did not respond to me directly but rather to the administrative personnel to order to inform her that he would be unavailable for an earlier visit. No other response was provided. I subsequently chose another physician, who also noted an additional fracture in the area that Dr. Hayes did not appear to pick up on. As a result, I see him as lacking in both skill and patient sensitivity.

No communication!!!!!!
My experience was terrible! Had seen him in September about neck and shoulder pain. X-rays showed nothing. He had ordered AN MRI. However symptoms subsided. Early last week I phoned the office to see if he could put the order in for an MRI. I have called 8 times since Wednesday and today is Monday. No return call!!!! Embarrassing a medical practice cam operate like this!!!! Stay away.

This is my second positive experience seeing Dr. Everett Hayes. He helped me a great deal in the past with left knee pain which totally resolved with his treatment and physical therapy. My recent experience for acute right hip strain was also very positive. I find him to be attentive and communicative in explaining treatment options and in developing a plan of care. Very helpful and attentive.

I had a very good experience with Dr. Everett Hayes. On 10/28/21 I went to him for my hip pain. He took x-rays, did a very thorough physical exam and diagnosed the source of my pain. (It was muscle imbalance.) He explained exactly what he was testing for as he moved my leg in different directions. He also explained very clearly what my problem was and most importantly, suggestions on how to make it better. I would highly recommend Dr. Hayes for any hip issues.

Dr Hayes was able to use ultrasound and diagnose a condition that had been misdiagnosed and therefore not responded to treatment. He took time to communicate with me and make sure I understood. Fortunately for me I had a very different experience than other reviewers

Really frustrating guy. Super vague, really unhelpful and in the end - just bad medical care. I ended up getting a second opinion when I hit a wall with Dr. Hayes and learned that I’ve had a large meniscus tear all along ... which he had offered no treatment for. I would not recommend working with Dr. Hayes; he either doesn’t care or is clueless. But either way, you’ll be better served with another physician.

Terrible experience. I have never experienced such poor communication skills from a medical practitioner. Across multiple appointments, I constantly found myself asking "....and that means?" or "...so what are the next steps?" because Dr. Hayes makes statements without any interpretation, like "this might be an old tear or a new tear." We had an appointment without access to my MRI and he told me his best guess and did not schedule another appointment to review the actual results, just told me if my pain continues I can schedule an appt for him to inject a corticosteroid to numb the pain. I am a young and active person and that does not seem like a feasible solution to me.
