Dr. Everett Mason III, DPM

Recommend by a friend that had surgery. I got great treatment, Doctor explained the problem and did the treatment of shot (numbed my foot). Everything was done in one visit, got the shot again in a couple months. Very caring and efficient, no extra visits were necessary, only came when needed treatment for my foot. I have recommended him to others.

Their office collects payment up front and it always turns out to be more than what the insurance company says is owed. Dr, Mason is a good doctor with good bedside manners, but his office staff, which consisted of his wife and one other person are not very professional. Take my advise and find another podiatrist. Dealing with their office staff is a headache and very cumbersome. .

Dr Mason did not listen to my concerns or explain my diagnosis. Said I was not telling the truth. Very rude.

Dr. Mason is professional and has a good bedside manner, but his office staff is far from being professional.

There is a pandemic going on. I took my 92 year old mom to see Mason at the Crossroads podiatry in Newnan Ga. No one wore a mask . I asked the receptionist because some patients did not have a mask on what wha up? They said they don’t wear them it’s not mandated. I asked if Mason could please wear one while seeing my 92 year old mother. They said no . If we don’t like it leave .!!! This is supposed to be a faculty to help not harm. So sad and a sorry excuse for someone saying he’s a doctor. 80 miles and 4 hours later we are home .

Fantastic Doctor!!!! I’m 73 years old and have seen many doctors in my life. I would rate Dr Mason at the top if not the best. His staff was also next to none.

Have been a patient for five years everyone is very kind. Never had a problem with scheduling. Always flexible with appointments.

EXCELLENT ?? Going to Dr . Mason is like visiting family. The MOST Caring doctor I’ve ever been to. ALWAYS in a Great mood, NEVER in a Rush. He CARES about his patients -not a put on. He CARES?? All the staff are very friendly-they CARE about your well being!

Dr. Mason and his entire staff are amazing! Was going to Atlanta Ankle and Foot and they did nothing to fix my Plantar Fasciitis, wasted a lot of time AND money on them. After seeing Dr. Mason for only a few weeks, I had the PRP and EPF done and was out of my boot in a few weeks, and the best thing, no more pain!!!!! Thank you Dr. Mason, he listens to you and the staff is so friendly, remembers your name and knows what is going on with you. Highly recommend.
