Visited for my daughter's condition. Pleasant in office, however, does not follow through with coordination of care. He assured he would follow up with further testing/retesting of abnormal results. I repeatedly messaged him for status of such, 3 months later, still no follow through. Very disappointed with the Rheumatology department at this #4 children's hospital in the U.S.

Dr Muscal was kind and spent quality time with us; however he did not listen. He made assumptions and failed to react to signs and symptoms. Consequently, my child suffered and conditions exacerbated. I would never recommend him.
