Do not waste your time trying to get an appt
9/2022. My husband had an inner ear infection, in which a visit to the Emergency Room, and two visits to our general practitioner could not remedy. My husband was in a lot of pain, and was desperate to get relief. I called Dr. Nehus’ office and his receptionist said she could schedule my husband for a visit in DECEMBER! This is September! I didn’t think she understood the situation and I begged for an appt for today or tomorrow. I asked if she had any open appointments for emergencies. Again she repeated herself, saying we could make an appt in December. No compassion at all, and certainly no apology. I called a clinic in Conway, and the receptionist (after getting my information) asked me why we didn’t make an appt in Russellville. I explained the situation and she laughed, saying that was typical treatment for this clinic. This is a real example of very poor medical care, offered in our community.
