Good Luck!
I recently moved to Florida and needed to establish a doctor for my asthma. My primary care doctor referred me to Dr. Fabrioza Monge. I finally got my initial appointment and he scheduled me for a couple of tests which I did. I had a follow up appointment that they canceled in me four tumes. The last one I had agreed ti meet hum at an office in another tiwn and was actually in my car driving when they called and canceled and then wanted to try and schedule me in August when my original appointment was in March. Needless to say, this doctor has no respect for his patients time. I understand he had hospital rounds, but four cancellations? I am trying ti schedule with another area doctor now.

Don't waste your time
I have Hypersomnia, diagnosed by two physicians several years ago. It's gotten worse, I'm a night owl, but whenever I do go to sleep, I'm going to sleep 12, 14, 16 hours and an alarm won't wake me! Went to Dr. Monge for help and I explained this when setting the appt., but at the appt. his nurse was measuring my neck and when I asked why she said it was for CPAP. I told her I had used a CPAP for a year with no relief and that wasn't why I was there. Dr. came in, asked a few questions, said I needed to go to bed earlier and don't sit down during the day to keep me from falling asleep. If I'm on computer or reading to stand at the counter, then come back to see him in 3 months to see how it's working! I'm 73 years old with bad hips and knees, don't think that will work long! Total appt. lasted 10 or 15 minutes. Wrote him a note that I was disappointed and got a letter that I was fired from the practice...broke my heart...NOT! Waste of time and money.

Dr. Monge, is the best pulmonary Dr. One can find, including Dr. Maas, my brother Edward Caldwell Jr. was his patient. Dr. Monge & Dr. Glick, I thankyou for deciding to DO, Emilio Paul Ruiz's, procedure, I knew all the risks, but I knew I had the 2 best Dr's. There with Emilio. Thankyou? And Dr. Monge, I Debra Ruiz, became a patient, Dr. Monge showed me my x-rays of lungs, he listened to why I couldn't imagine there was anything wrong, ya just know your own body. And thankyou for listening to me. Emilio & I are grateful ??, but prayers I hold in my heart for Emilio, my husband of 48 years! The hardest now is being back on radiation. It really takes a toll, Dr. Monge, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK WITH HIM, EVEN YOU SAID HE'S A KEEPER! THANKYOU, GOD BLESS YOU & YOUR STAFF, ALL SO KIND!

Had an emergency visit with Dr. Monge, I was having difficulty breathing, cough and recently diagnosed with interstitial lung disease. He noticed it was not the case, there was more going on. It turned out I was in heart failure. Had it not been for him insisting I go to the hospital for evaluation, testing, and admit, I may no be here today! Wonderful physician who cares about his patients.
