The worst doctor experience of my life
Probably one of the worst doctor office experiences I’ve had. I went in to be checked for a cold and breathing problems. They put me in a room with a PA who had me change in front of her with the door cracked open. Then she started to do EKG work and informed me I was at a cardiologist office but that he also practices internal medicine but that I needed to have this done. I waited an hour for her to get this done because the machine kept breaking and she didn’t know how to fix it. Then the doctor came in and said I had an express experience since I was waiting for a while and that he would just listen to my lungs quick. He then said he thought I had bronchitis and he’d give me an inhaler from the office and continued to called me Sweetie. I was rushed out after having to take off the EKG stickers off myself. Absolutely zero beside manner. I get to the front desk and he called in 5 difference prescriptions but didn’t explain anything.

I started going to this office years ago when the older Doc was there. I used to think that doctor was great. Once Elatat and his staff, including wife, Sara, who is the rudest of them all took over, it became a disaster. I gave the office my FMLA papers, as i have done for years b4 and after months, they were not properly filled out. I finally spoke with the wife Sara, who at first told me, the person who handles it is on vacation, after 2weeks I called, and Sara told me she threw out my papers. Just like that.!!!!! I couldn't believe the unprofessionalism. I went into the office and Sara was nasty and rude. I insisted speaking to Dr. Eltat, who told me his wife is over worked and understaffed so i should understand her frustrations. I was livid. He then suggested, just like that i find a new doctor. Which i did b4 i got there anyway. But the insensitivity of it all!!!! Find another Doc, this place does not care. Unnecessary tests to scam insurance companies. 0 stars

outstanding doctor. this is a fnatastic group of doctors. i always come and receive a welcome and 1 to 1 wonderful care not rushed, a doctor that cares about me as a person and abouut my health. i love the staff in both offices. if they dont know answer they will get the answer very very helpful cortuous and great

I feel very blessed to have a friend and a doctor family friend he saved my life. i shoudl have listened to him more from begining. wonderful staff no compliants. we dont spend long time sitting around. much improovement

outstading doctor. I am very pleased with this Dr. El-Atat. He shared the office with my prior doctor who retired but I feel very comfortable with him and his as staff. I convinced my husband and daugter to join as one of his patients and they love him too. If you are looking for a good and effective doctor please consider him.
