It has taken me a long time to find the mental strength to write this review. In December 2022 Dr. Siddiqui performed a lumbar fusion on me, when I awoke from the second surgery, my left leg was just about completely paralyzed. Dr. Siddiqui was at a loss for what happened. After five days an MRI was finally given where it was found my spinal cord was being crushed by fluid, but the decision was made to allow it to “resolve itself.” After seven days in the hospital, I was moved to an inpatient rehabilitation center, where I spent weeks in excruciating pain learning how to walk again, in addition to learning how to take care of myself in my new-found condition. My leg has never returned to normal, and while I am forever thankful I am no longer in a wheelchair or using a walker, I have drop foot, numbness and other painful nerve injuries issues that did not exist before surgery. I still need to use a cane and I have a AFO to help with the drop. I’m 46 years old.

If I could give a zero
Dr Saddiqui ruined my life. I had a laminectomy and a cyst removal performed by him. Right after my surgery I was suffering from the worst headache and vomiting. First off I did not get a phone call back for days. When I finally did I heard from a PA who brushed me off. My primary care Dr finally got hold of Dr Saddiqui and I was admitted back into the hospital. My MRI showed a spinal fluid leak that Dr Saddiqui made light of. While I completely understand complications it is difficult for me to understand not owning it and fixing it. He kept claiming a small leak. After many days in the hospital and him walking out on us and hanging up I was transferred to Fairfax, not by him by the way. He just kept feeding me narcotics which didn't work. Once at Fairfax I had surgery to repair the tear which was an 8mm tear not microscopic like he was saying. I have since developed multiple neurological problems and severe nerve pain that is not relieved by anything. Stay away from him

Dr Siddiqui just did my multi level fusion on the 10th. Already feel great! His whole staff is amazing. From Julie at the front desk to the PA’s Sohail and Chris. They don’t just jump right into the surgery. Worked out all other options first. My disks were in just too bad of shape. Highly recommend them.
