This visit only had me waiting 25 minutes past my 9:00 appointment time. It has been much longer in the past. I feel like scheduling is too aggressive and not realistic. Gives me a sense of being a factory or cattle call. This is the worst aspect of the practice and has caused me to seriously consider seeking care elsewhere. I believe this is beyond doctor Birnbaum control.

I had my first Glaucoma Surgery with her and I was very pleased. She explained everything thoroughly. I go back in January for my next one. I would recommend her to anyone.
