Total confidence in this doctor
From the first call, the first visit through surgery, follow up, and now more surgery scheduled on rotator cuff, everyone has been very kind and caring Few doctors would have the necessary knowledge to repair massive rotator cuff tears on an elderly female of my age.

horrible Dr. went for shoulder pain. No examination— I was in the room less than a minute. Not helpful whatsoever. We’re in a pandemic- this is the first Dr that said you can take your mask off and it’s more than 200 million cases of Covid. He did not wear a mask. Never going back to this doctor

had 2 partial knee replacements and both came loose. he refused to do anything about it and said i needed more rehab. had to go to another competent doctor and get 2 revision surgeries and ended up on dissability because of doctor maylack's incompentence. cost me my future and a lot of money. go to someone else and get your surgery. i wouldn't let him trim my dog's toenails. i reported him to the state and nothing happened. the odds are against you getting a successful outcome with maylack !!

The Dr. is very pleasant. However, his office staff is horrible. The Office Manager, Beverely Wood, and her staff member, Theresa Korte, are extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I cannot believe a doctor would want such poor representation of his practice and would allow such treatment towards his patients and field professionals. The amount of disrespect these women have shown me was not only mortifying, but extremely traumatic, and I will not be returning to his office as a paitent ever again!

The office staff hung up on my ear when I was trying to schedule an appointment. I have a broken arm and she wanted me to wait a week. I said politely that I would have to call somewhere else and she hung up. Very unprofessional!

I had a pleasing experience with surgery on both knees during 2004 and 2012. Pain was minimal and great courtesy from Dr. May lack. He was really good in advising me of the necessary steps towards recovery. I do not walk with a limp or nothing like that. He was great during my office visits after surgery. That's why he perform surgery on both knees. He's awesome!
