Dr. Hafeez listened to all of my concerns and acted on them . She’s very attentive and a good doctor. I highly recommend her . The office staff are friendly and appointments made efficiently .

Every time I had an appointment with Dr. Hafeez she was fantastic. I never felt like there was a time frame for me to leave so she could go to the next appointment. She took her time and explained everything to me and if needed, more than once. I have recommended her to several friends and colleagues. She is one of the best doctors I have been to.

Does not explain or educate patient with COPD. Does not take notes...and does not listen to patient concerns. Bad bedside manner with patient.

Staff is the worst. Good luck getting in touch with someone in the office. Moves appointments without regard for patients condition. Tried to push a follow-up from an ER and 4 day hospital stay to months into the future. Did not know that their patient was in their Hospital for a lung condition. Was surprised to hear that the appointment was a follow-up to a hospital stay.
