Dr. Vossoughi is a very fatherly person who equated my Mom's care with that of his own mother. I was very apprehensive because we were asking him to do surgery without blood. He was very reassuring without being arrogant about his abilities to meet our needs. He also gave us excellent post surgery recommendations and referred us to an oncologist who was in agreement with our decisions. He even took the time to take a picture with my Mom. Can't comment on staff. Haven't been to office.
