Good doctor, just part of the system
After several years I decided to leave. I have decided to see a D.O. as they will work to resolve issues not just grab the prescription pad. Dr. Davooti is a nice man and I believe truly cares... I just needed more personalized approach to health care. Unlike a lot of other reviews here I never encountered a problem with his staff.

Best Doctor I Have Ever Had
Dr Davoodi is awesome in so many ways. He is competent, smart, caring, and so medically knowledgeable. He has been my doctor for few years now. I trust him to give me the best council, needed medications, and referrals when required. He is sleep study certified and stays abreast of pertinent medical information for his best practice. I strongly recommend my physician, He is a great listener, asks good questions and spends many hours reviewing test results to give appropriate recommendations and orders. I strongly recommend Dr. Davoodi to anyone who desires the care of the “Best Doctors in Dallas”. This is the stature acknowledgment he was given a few years back. His team is awesome too!

Dr. Davoodi and his PA Tiffany Fowler are very competent, professional, thorough, good listeners and excellent in both prevention and in healing. They truly care about the patient's well being. I have been patient for six years. Both are very welcoming, and kind,. The lab technicians are very professional. Except the receptionists, who lately have turned sour and unfriendly, everyone is very kind. That is the reason why I am only giving 4 stars out of 5.

Good doctor but unfriendly administrators
I have been seeing Dr Davoodi for years. I’ll give him 5 star rating all the way. I appreciate he listens and always provides me with care I needed. They used to have a crew of friendly staff. Not anymore. The most terrible experience I ever had in a doctor’s office was here. If you call this office to ask questions and Cindy answers, hang up. Don’t talk to her. She will talk over you and hang up on you. Don't expect her to listen.

A disappointed patient – Aug 25, 2022

Great doctor, below average staff
Doctor Davoodi is a humble and down to Earth doctor that really cares. I sometimes find that he is a little quick to prescribe medications, but he does that because he wants to help his patients see quick change. He's a great doc. His staff is very hit or miss. I find them to be nice until you need support from them. Any request to the staff is met with disrespect and attitude. I've waited to write this review because I wanted to give them more chances. I understand that it is hard to work in the healthcare field right now, but that is no excuse to be rude or disrespectful. They really need an attitude adjustment, especially Jaime. I think being the one to handle phone calls for so long has made her really jaded.

Love our Doctor Davoodi!
This office is very efficient, friendly, and prompt. They schedule very efficiently and usually no waiting more than a few minutes. Dr Davoodi gives his time to listen, check records, examine and diagnose, and follows up. He’s the best!

He’s a very nice man, but his care has lost its touch in the last few years. I think it’s time to retire. Also, a member of the support staff is terribly rude and I dread having to talk to her.

They discharged me without proper notice and forced me to try and find a new doctor during the Corona epidemic. If the women who work upfront don’t like you, your experience will be awful at best. These women lied to doc Davoodi about me and things I said, just so the doc would quit seeing me. Truly the worst and least professional experience I’ve ever had in a doctors office.

I think Dr. Davoodi is excellent. I disagree with a previous poster tha the staff is rude, because nothing could be further from the truth. I trust his diagnosis and he keeps on top of lab results and communicates. Personally, very glad I found him!

Dr. Davoodi himself is a great doctor. He has excellent bedside manner and is genuine and kind, He is very intuitive and takes his time with his diagnoses. However, his office staff is complete trash. Jamie, Marie, Cindy...they are some of the most rude and disrespectful office staff I have EVER encountered. I have a very complicated medical history and anytime I need something from them I dread having to make that phone call. One of them even hung up on me mid phone call. These ladies ruined my experience and now I do not want to see a doctor who is actually a very good man. But I will not continue being verbally and emotionally assaulted by them. They are seriously terrible. They make you feel like you are an idiot. And when I've needed to get a message to the doctor or a prescription issue they sometimes do not forward my messages to him just because they can. I have had to go weeks without important medications. They have no care for their patients nor do they have manners.
