I'm not the type to leave comments, but this hurts my heart to know this Pediatrician is handling people's children. I took my daughter to Dr. Satey and first of all once he walked in the room he didn't even acknowledge my daughter. He just went directly to the paper works and started talking. He then told me to put my daughter on the table and hold her hands so he could check her ears. My daughter refused to lay down so Dr. Satey used his hand and pushed my daughter's head down on the table, my daughter screams out and started crying so I pull her up towards me, and then Dr. Satey checked her ears without any fuss. Dr. Satey has no patience with kids and he's not friendly. So mothers please take your child to someone who's going to acknowledge your child and care for them The nicest person in that office is Fatima and she's the front desk assistance. So thank you, Fatima.

I wrote the review below and would like to clarify that I called the Palmdale location after my bad experience with the Lancaster staff. The Palmdale staff were the complete opposite and actually VERY friendly. She was able to verify my insurance through the computer system with no problem and scheduled the appointment for my son. So glad I was able to reach out to another location of Dr. Satay's and have a positive experience!

I highly recommend Dr. Satey to any parent in need of a pediatrician. The front office staff are not very friendly, but I’m not there to see them anyway. We usually get in the room quick, but wait 15+ min before doctor comes in. Dr. Satey always makes sure I understand what is happening. My youngest is very shy, but Dr. Satey always takes some time to help her relax before doing any examination. Dr. Satey is very knowledgeable and I could not imagine having anyone else care for my children.

Dr. Satey is an excellent pediatrician. He takes the time to explain everything to me and answers all my questions. Never makes me feel like he is in a rush, and I know he is very busy. Even though I do vaccinate my baby, Dr. Satey never makes me feel pressured into it. His office staff are also very nice and have helped me when I have called to ask questions about my baby’s care.

My boys have been patients 2 yrs and have seen Dr. Satey once. Every appt was w/NP Crystal. She prescribes antibiotics w/o getting results of tests then will call you days later to tell you to stop giving them if results are negative. Thinks it’s ok to relay messages regarding tests through girls at front desk because she’s too busy to get on the phone with you. Rude staff. Nurse hung up on me after I insisted on holding to speak w/crystal. I came in & she lied & said it’s because I threatene

I am very disappointed my son has a lump on his necknd the nurse practioner made us feel like we were bad parents for not taking him in way sooner she made comment before she let me explin that he had been seen before regarding the lump...the back office staff does not explain anything to your child so you end up with a scared kid they expect your child to have no fears and when child exhibits fear they are rude...

Dr. Satey is a wonderful doctor. He truly cares about the children that he treats and always tries to give you the safest options. He has experience with children with disabilities which was a godsend for us. So I have decided to take my youngest son to him also. I also want to take the time to thank his staff they are all courteous professional caring and kind thank you.

Very rude office staff and nurses, highly unprofessional, will talk and laugh at the patients and the worst is they will give you false results in the vital signs. Do not waste your time going there They treat patients like fools, no greetings, no eye contact , I feel they hate their jobs. It was a very horrible experience. Even my kids noticed and complained. The nurse will just leave you in the room without saying a word, and you will wait for forever, they do not care about kids and family
