Gifted Pain Management Specialist
Dr. Kia put together the best, least invasive & least toxic pain management plan for multiple, complex spine and joint issues. He's conservative & I appreciate that. It takes time to see if a procedure is the best option, & then for the procedure to work. I don't want to be pumped up with steroids due to autoimmune issues, & Dr. Kia honors. The nerve ablations have gone very well, both procedure & outcome. I'm 5 years off twelve years of opioid pain management with previous doctors who didn't offer me alternative procedures. I prefer managing my pain with multiple modalities than take toxic opioids that were slowly killing me. EMDR & DBT skills therapies are industry gold standard for managing chronic pain btw, & they work if you work them! Between Dr. Kia, my chiropractor, surgeon, P.T., & other providers on my team, I'm the highest functioning level I've been in 20 years. Dr. Kia, his office & surgical teams are truly outstanding and have profoundly improved my quality of life.

Dr. Kia took the time to evaluate my overall health and answer my questions. He actively educated and included me in the decisions and choices of my patient treatment plan. He thoroughly discussed the advantages and disadvantages of each healthcare option. Both he and his office clarified the terms of care. Vicky, his new patient representative took the time to follow-up with my primary care provider to obtain a referral. I am in good hands!
