Telehealth
We waited months for this doctor to review my son's test result. Unfortunately, my son was hospitalized the day before the appointment. According to the admitting doctor the neurologist would not need my son in order to advise me on the test results. NOT TRUE! I kept the VIRTUAL appointment and when my son was not in attendance I was told that the doctor would not see me without the patient to give results. Her next appointment is in MARCH. That would be one year after the test. How cruel and DISMISSIVE.
