Dr MASSOUDI is number 1 in my opinion.
He did my fifth spine surgery. This was a lumbar surgery. Everything went so smoothly. I was out of the hospital the day after surgery. A first for me.He was wonderful to my family and I explaining everything. I healed magnificently. It was definitely a first for me. I had 2 other Drs for my 4 surgeries and they didn’t even compare to Dr MASSOUDI! Hopefully I won’t have any more surgeries but if I do I’ll return to Dr MASSOUDI . He’s a Top Doctor that I would happily refer people too with confidence.

Last Resort before surgery !
Dr Farzad Massoudi recommended Physical Therapy first. He wouldn't even consider Neuro-spinal surgery on me until I gave 100% effort for Physical Therapy. Most people are looking for a quick fix for pain relief. I was seeing a pain Doctor at the time. He insisted I try Physical Therapy. It was tough at the beginning but by the time I finished after 3 months the pain was gone & and it restored my neck & arms to full mobility. Doctors don't get enough credit for passing the patient off to alternative ways to solve the problems. I was a candidate for surgery from the MRIs results (C5,C6,C7 herniated discs). Pain was so bad I couldn't sleep. Dr Massoudi is special & I am glad I took his advise.

hello. I had severe pain and kyphosis and NHL cancer and permanently disabled Dr. Massoudi performed stabilization surgery at T10-T12 and L1 & L2 in 2012. After post surgery pain resolved, My severe pain was reduced so significantly that I was able to get back to my baseline and taking steps again with professional pain management. I am a partial para with some retention of leg movement and wiggly toes. He was always caring and before I was discharged to a physical rehab facility he stopped by to tell me that I was going to have the best year ever and the morning I arrived at rehab facility I saw a rainbow. Physical rehab as partial para is mentally tough and grueling and state of mind critical but I never gave up. I am 60. I recently took a spill out of my chair and no apparent issues with the hardware in my back. I now have moved from area now.

In 2015 I had brain surgery to remove a brain tumor. This doctor put me through absolute hell and as a result I have extreme PTSD as diagnosed by my therapist. I will not disclose all of the details here on a public forum. I will just say that he lied to me several times. The most devastating lie, both emotionally and physically, he told me was that he removed 100% my tumor during surgery. Because of that lie, I started chemo and radiation thinking that my tumor was gone. Total resection of a tumor is the most favorable outcome before starting radiation. You can not repeat radiation after it's been done. I would NEVER have started radiation without a full resection of the tumor. Because of Dr. Massoudi's negligence my life was nearly destroyed. I had severe headaches during radiation and that is when it was discovered that I actually STILL HAD THE TUMOR IN MY BRAIN! Dr. Massoudi acted like he had no idea why my scans were still showing tumor. After getting third opinions by actual brai

Had 3 surgeries with Dr. Massoudi. Nerve tumor removal near spinal cord, L4/L5 disk fusion and laminectomy, and L4/L5 medical device removal. The fusion medical device is only needed temporarily until bone fusion. Metal medical devices can eventually cause bone loss and blood poisoning, so it's safer to remove them, if not needed. Every surgery was flawless. I highly recommend this doctor. He also did two surgeries on my husband. He did not recommend surgery for my mother due to her health.

Since my husband died during the surgery performed by Dr. Farzad Massoudi, I don't recommend any one use him. My husband died due to a severed artery. He was revived, but the next day we had to turn off the machines.

My father came here for a second opinion, as he suffers from severe & debilitating back pain. Dr. Massoudi didn't have time to see him, but suggested to review my father's x-rays and radiological exam that were taken elsewhere. That was July 5th. The week of August 20th I came back to pick up his records. Not only did Dr. Massoudi not have time to schedule an appointment, he didn't even have time to review the records, SIXTY DAYS LATER. That's 20 pages of medical documentation and a CD o

I DO NOT Recommend him at all. His office cancel our first appointment last minute when we were close to his office. the next appointment when we got to the office they told us they postponed our appointment and when I asked why you didn't tell me the staff told me that she left a message for us the day before which I never received any message and when I tried to show her my cell she walked away, also she didn't even apologize for their mistake and they were very rude.I won't go back to toffice

My fist impression was very good but later it changed. Dr. Massoudi almost killed me by not providing a necessary steroid required after my surgery. Because of his malpractice, I spent a whole week in ICU battling for my life. He never even responded to the doctors from ICU who tried to reach him.

Great surgeon & technician but terrible doctor. Takes forever to get an appt and will reschedules them, sometimes 2-3 times in 90 days. Gives the impression he's only interested in doing surgeries - just tolerates everything else. Didn't bother to see me in the hospital after my surgery. I called due to post-surgery pain and, based on the 1 minute phone conversation with his office manager, he made a diagnosis & offered an rx without even seeing me. The diagnosis turned out to be wrong.

Waited 1 1/2 months for an appointment and then showed up 15 minutes late. Office staff was very rude and said we had to come back in 3 weeks when they had another opening. I have 6 MRIs in the last year that say I am in major pain but they really didn't even care to look. When my little asian wife asked them to have compassion they did not and we left. I said I would call back to reschedule. When my insurance case manager tried to call them back to get an appointment sooner than 3 weeks they s

Had it not been for Dr. Massoudi, there is a good chance I would be paralyzed on my right side. He is a kind, and very considerate takes the time to explain the procedure to be done, in terms you can understand. He cares for all those who are fortunate to have him as their Dr. and if it was possible to add more than 5 stars I would.
