Dr. Najam saved my life by putting me on ECMO 10 years ago, when it was an experimental procedure for adults, and I had only a 20% survival chance. He is a wonderful man & gave me every support. My most recent stress test (April 2017) shows ejection fraction of 62 for exercise and 54 at rest. No other effects were evident, except for the original 2008 scarring. I have not needed to see him in the intervening decade. What more can I say?

Horrible. Dr. Najam is a self important, conceited man. No matter the close relationship of your family, if you are not "blood, or natural issue" you are NOTHING to him. My dad lost all trust & confidence in him. We, my dad & family, believe my dad was used as a teaching subject for students. Not as a human. He had too much damage for recovery. My dad's voice was not considered. He died of flesh eating bacteria after 80 days in ICU. His health POA papers found I was able stop his torture.
