Dr. Faisal was inattentive and didn't show up for surgery; her partner did the surgery. A rude and uniformed office staff. I would not recommend this practice to anyone and finally after 6 months of poor non professional behavior I discharged her from my care team.

Poorly Organized, Disreputable
Dr Faisal had delayed our first appointment with her because she wanted to see a current MRI scan of my kidney, which a previous CT scan had showed signs of multiple tumors. She had clearly understood, in advance, that the reason for our visit was due to probable cancer on my right kidney. However, during the appointment, she immediately informed us that she was not a kidney surgeon and she was not the correct doctor to see. She provided no assistance whatsoever. Our appointment was a complete waste of time and should have been redirected to the right doctor before she ever saw us.
