I took my toddler son to ccp express with a concern about ongoing ear infections. She didn't listen to me or my husband and her demeanor was extremely abrasive and argumentative over every comment I had. When she found out I was a nurse she challenged my professional resume and insinuated that I didn't know children because my17 years of clinical experience is primarily in adult care. At that point her condescending attitude got worse. I question her judgment and would not see her again.

My son could barely walk into children's express care and had severe back pain. I thought he had a UTI. I was in the express care one day earlier but my son was getting worse. I also inquired about Lyme Disease. His urine tests were normal, when I asked again about Lyme, she was very dismissive and said "his symptoms are not consistent with Lyme, we don't have a diagnosis for everything" my son got much worse and tested positive for Lyme one week later.
