Any other practice or physician is a better choice
Dr Islam is quite possibly the most dismissive, unengaged, uninterested physician I have ever encountered. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. In addition, this practice seems to have major issues with effective communication and consideration, politeness and kindness towards patients. UConn or Trinity would be much, much better choices to find medical professionals who are engaged with their patients and provide a professional, comfortable experience.

I was treated like a new patient because I have not been there in 3 years. The visit was odd! No discussion of anything I wanted to discuss, just a once over and done - see you later. Still not sure what happened.

Dr. Islam was wonderful and very helpful in helping me get the necessary follow-up tests. I contacted Jefferson Radiology and couldn't get an appointment for a month. Dr. Islam said that was unacceptable and got me an appointment that very afternoon with a different agency.

My appointment was in person, but I waited for 45 minutes to be seen for which I would needed to be Covid and strep tested before the doctor would even see me and those results took another 20 minutes. I had to leave because I couldn't spend three hours at the doctor which I then got a phone call and the doctor had no clue what was going on with me. She was just covering her basis and it was obvious.
