Dr. Fawad Mian, MD

So Dr Mian was provided to me by the hospital after a siezure. He kinda just stuck me on meds and called it a day. Then I had moved to TN and back and when returning needed my meds when calling him I was told that I had 'doubled up' on drs and my prescription when told not true if anything g I've missed doses and am behind there office refused to hear me out. (Not taking this medication could be life threatening) I even had called the pharmacy to confirm my medication pick ups and they even called his office but they refuse to see me for a life threatening condition

A good doctor. Knowledgeable about new and innovative treatments for nerve pain, numbness/tingling, sciatica, pain due to injury, migraines, and more. Doesn’t push pills. Suggests naturopathic remedies to help underlying causes of symptoms.

Dr. Mian is fantastic. However, barring the office manager, the front office staff is porters on incompetent. I have been directed to an active line of a head nurse who, for months, had no longer been in Dr. Mian’s employ. Phone calls are often not returned, & inquiries are mishandled. I have considered seeking out the services of another neurologist but ultimately decided that Dr. Mian’s skill & acumen outweighed the problems with the front desk.

I went in with terrible peripheral neuropathy that was affecting my whole life. With some tests and new medications I am a new woman. Lots more energy. I even lost 10 pounds.

I was experiencing dizziness and headaches daily. After 3 months of going through this I was referred to Dr. Mian. First day seeing him I was prescribed and in less than a week. I was sleeping through the night and had no more headaches and dizziness.

Always patient, I'm never rushed, great systematic treatment where all options and methods are utilized. I've been a patient of Dr. Mian for about 3 to 4 years where I started with 5-7 or more migraines monthly...today I am at a ratio of a possible episode once if at that.
