Met Dr. Al-Mufti when my daughter was in the hospital. He is one of the kindest and most intelligent doctors we encountered during her visit. He took the time to really explain her condition.

I met Dr, Al-Mufti when I was in the ICU at Westchester Medical Center. He saved my life! He went and rechecked all of my testing going through each MRI picture and found something the other doctors had missed. I do not know where I would be without him. He is so kind and caring and always has a fist bump when I saw him. I recently went for a recheck and he was so genuinely happy to see me and the progress I have made. I am so blessed that he came into my life and he truly is an angel.

It was for a follow up appointment for a Sub A Hemorrhage and Cerebral Aneurysm following a month long stay in May 2021 and 2 surgical procedures, Coils and a WEB device at WMC that Dr. Al-Mufti performed. I thank God and Dr. Al-Mufti for saving me! Dr. Al-Mufti's instinct was spot on, like he had a "Spideysense" to get me into surgery ASAP when I was brought into emergency on 5/6/21. He is so caring, so much that he treats you as if you are his family, he is so knowledgeable and has an aggressive approach to treating brain injuries, he is up on the latest and greatest neuro surgical procedures for saving lives. I am so thankful for him as my Neuro Surgeon, his entire team and WMC. I will and would recommend him to anyone with any type of brain injury. Thank you Dr. A!!
