Dr. Fawaz Ashouri, MD

waited an 1hr 30 minutes past appointment time. Maybe he's an excellent doctor, but is his time worth more than yours? It seems like quantity over quality

After over a year of problems I was referred to Dr. Ashouri. He found that I had a prolapsed bladder and uterus and guided led to the best specialist who could fix the bladder and uterus! He cares for his patients and listens and answers all of your concerns.

30 min to not be seen, then attitude.... he set the apt 3 mo follow up then wants to know why I am there... too many other good dr's out there

This dr is the worst dr I’ve ever experienced!!! Does procedures without asking or informing patient of what he’s about to do!! Extremely rude! Offered to fix bladder sling that was unsuccessful in his office!! I believe I would have had a catheter the rest of my life if the lord had not led me to a wonderful dr at Mayo that did an incredible job of repairing damaged urethra. ????????????

At first it seemed like a fairly normal appt. dealing with staff of “Ash Urology” in Palatka but then my dad & I met Dr. Ashouri ??. Very...disappointed, he treated my father like he wasn’t even a human being. Has horrible bed side manner...would not acknowledge with my dad or myself. Didn’t give us a chance to ask questions or talk at all about my dad’s prostate issues. I felt so sorry for my dad... No patient should or family should be subjected to this rude behavior. When Dr’s behave this way with their patients, it’s time to retire.. We will not be returning for follow up and hopefully we don’t cross paths at Putnam Hospital either.

He did surgery on me yesterday. I've found that he is a fine physician and extremely knowledgeable in his field. For those of you who think he isn't friendly and doesn't listen or answer your questions to your expectations, please note his bilateral hearing aides and act accordingly. Bathroom needs replacing. Good cleaning service needed.

The worst thing about going there(Palatka office) is the waiting time. They schedule appointments way too close together. I get there an hour before my appointment time in order to get in close to my actual time!!!

On 01/12/2012 Dr Ashouri removed my cancer bladder and made me a new one . I would recommend Dr Ashouri to anyone

He takes his time, he listens, knowledgeable and caring.

Unable to explain what was being done and why. Impatient with patients and inconsiderate of his Staff and was heard cursing at them. Schedules multiple patients for same appointment time causing excessive wait time. Made you feel as though it was a privilege he treated you and seemed to enjoy talking down to people and even insulted my wife on what turned to be my last visit. Notified Insurance provider and found a Urologist that meets my expectations. I would not recommend Dr Ashouri.
